Attend the Intro Session to Turn off the Stress series and Find Hope. Consists of a PowerPoint presentation, handouts, and next steps in recovery and support.
PowerPoint presentation is led by Kim Castellano along with support from Mental Health Counselors, Peer to Peer Trained and Certified Counselors and Interns.
Kim Castellano is a Certified Christian Counselor/Life Coach, Stress Relief Coach, Workshop facilitator, Founder/Director at Power of One Christian Coaching and Outreach Ministries Clifton NJ and Cable TV Host: Conversations that Inspire.
Topics will include: Negative Distortions, Overcoming Worry and Fear, Mindfulness Activities and Creative Outlets and more
