As part of our Coaching Mission our New 4 week workshop “Love Yourself to Health” will equip you to live a healthier life in practical ways.

Join us as we start the journey to greater health by detoxing our body with food.
(Participating in the detox during this workshop is not necessary to benefit from the workshop)
In this series of workshops, you’ll enjoy a vegan meal with the group, you’ll discover how to use food to detox your body, learn practical ways of living a healthy lifestyle, and love your self to health.
Weekly Topics Include: your Body, your Mind, your Attitudes, and your Mood.

Nutritional Meal provided by Laura Orbe, a Holistic Nutritional Counselor at Healing Thru Nutrition. Laura shares a lifetime of knowledge on vegan eating and how to use food to heal your body.
Life Coach, and Mission Director at Power of One explains how she transformed her life by taking hold of valuable information that’s available to everyone. In these workshops, Kim teaches how to apply simple truths to your life and how to become transformed in your Mind, Body and Soul.
