Emergency Relief

When a crisis strikes, it upends lives in an instant. An emergency isn’t just an unexpected event—it is a situation that causes deep human suffering, threatens livelihoods, and leaves local communities overwhelmed without the resources to recover on their own.

Since 2011, Power of One has stepped into these gaps. We provide critical emergency food assistance and rapid response care in the wake of disasters, local conflicts, and sudden hardships—bringing stability when families need it most.

Stand with us in times of crisis. Your support provides immediate relief when every second counts.

If you or someone you know needs immediate help, we are here for you. Senior Citizen, Veteran, and disability advocacy are available by appointment—call 862-239-5905 to learn how Power of One can connect you to the right resources.

Hunger Doesn’t Stop is a Power of One program launched in 2012 to fight food insecurity in Clifton. We step in when school is out—filling the hunger gap over weekends and holidays so students can return to the classroom ready to learn.

  • School & Family Support: We partner directly with Clifton school nurses and counselors to deliver food care packages to students and families in need.
  • Crisis & Emergency Relief: Our emergency food packs provide immediate assistance when it’s needed most. For our homebound and unhoused neighbors, this vital support is available every single day of the year.
